Space Invader Chalice Care Requirements
The Space Invader Chalice coral is a stunning addition to any marine aquarium, perfect for beginners looking to enhance their tank with a unique LPS coral. This WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) coral is known for its vibrant colors and intricate patterns, making it a popular choice among coral enthusiasts.
Water Parameters: It is essential to maintain stable water parameters for the Space Invader Chalice coral. Keep the water temperature between 75-80°F, salinity levels at 1.024-1.026, pH levels between 8.1-8.4, and alkalinity levels at 8-12 dKH.
Feeding: While the Space Invader Chalice coral can derive some of its nutrients from photosynthesis, it will also benefit from supplemental feedings. Offer small meaty foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, or zooplankton a few times a week to promote growth and vibrant coloration.
Placement: Place the Space Invader Chalice coral in a low to moderate flow area in the aquarium. Ensure that it has enough space to expand its sweeper tentacles without coming into contact with other corals to prevent aggression.
Propagation: This coral can be propagated through fragging. Carefully cut a piece of the coral and attach it to a frag plug or rock using reef-safe glue. Allow time for the frag to heal and grow in its new location.
Overall, the Space Invader Chalice coral is a beautiful and relatively low-maintenance coral that can thrive in a well-established reef tank. With proper care and attention to water quality, feeding, and placement, this coral will reward aquarists with its stunning appearance and growth.

What Our Clients Say About Us
I am blown away with how professional this place is ran. Not a single issue! I am about 50 corals or so into this with them and everything has been absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! I highly recommend!
Product and communication are excellent! I had a unfortunate delivery delay, NOT Riptides fault, with the extreme heat one piece was on the edge of "is it gonna make it"? We'll after daily tests and talking back and forth Riptide sent me another one!!! I mean this was days after the delivery. Very happy customer! Not so much for the replacement but for the prompt and daily communications!
Awesome Shipment of corals! I ordered 3 hammer corals a torch coral and a micromussa and everything arrived healthy and clean! The shipping was great everything was packed tightly and securely and they even added a cooling packet to prevent them from overheating.
Nothing but good things too say their was a mishap with ups and my first package arrived 9 hours late at no fault of riptide aquaculture sadly my corals didn't make it but it was made right a credit was sent promptly and new corals arrived and are thriving highly recommend.
Great transaction. Ordered at 4 PM on Thursday, and shipment arrived at noon the following day. Corals were packed exceptionally well, triple bagged in a Styrofoam container. Each coral was individually contained within its own "cup" preventing any from possibly being crushed. All coral frags had at least 3 polyps, with several having 4 or more. One frag had 10 polyps! Corals were healthy upon arrival and opened up within 30 minutes of acclimating in the the tank. I had never purchased livestock online before and was somewhat sceptical of the process, but I will gladly buy from Riptide again!
