Return & Refund Policy

At Riptide Aquaculture, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchases. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or cancellation is necessary. Please review our policy below.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% processing fee. This fee covers non-refundable credit card and transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase. If the cancellation is due to an issue on our end (such as an out-of-stock item or a shipping delay), this fee will be waived.


1-Day Return Window

We offer a 1-day return window from the date of delivery. If 24 hours have elapsed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Customer Provides Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via UPS Next Day Air. Not using UPS Next Day Air will void your refund claim.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned item.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 1-day return window. We will provide further instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within three business days and automatically apply it to your original method of payment. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
