What Our Clients Say About Us
I am blown away with how professional this place is ran. Not a single issue! I am about 50 corals or so into this with them and everything has been absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! I highly recommend!
Product and communication are excellent! I had a unfortunate delivery delay, NOT Riptides fault, with the extreme heat one piece was on the edge of "is it gonna make it"? We'll after daily tests and talking back and forth Riptide sent me another one!!! I mean this was days after the delivery. Very happy customer! Not so much for the replacement but for the prompt and daily communications!
Awesome Shipment of corals! I ordered 3 hammer corals a torch coral and a micromussa and everything arrived healthy and clean! The shipping was great everything was packed tightly and securely and they even added a cooling packet to prevent them from overheating.
Nothing but good things too say their was a mishap with ups and my first package arrived 9 hours late at no fault of riptide aquaculture sadly my corals didn't make it but it was made right a credit was sent promptly and new corals arrived and are thriving highly recommend.
Great transaction. Ordered at 4 PM on Thursday, and shipment arrived at noon the following day. Corals were packed exceptionally well, triple bagged in a Styrofoam container. Each coral was individually contained within its own "cup" preventing any from possibly being crushed. All coral frags had at least 3 polyps, with several having 4 or more. One frag had 10 polyps! Corals were healthy upon arrival and opened up within 30 minutes of acclimating in the the tank. I had never purchased livestock online before and was somewhat sceptical of the process, but I will gladly buy from Riptide again!
